Our Menu
Our recipes are the inspiration of the founder and our father, Francisco Alvarez who was born in Jalisco and spent his youth in Tijuana. A former fireman, dad also worked at restaurants in Palm Springs and La Jolla. This is where his passion for creating authentic Mexican cuisine began.
Now three generations later, we continue to use the same amazing recipes that were the inspiration for Anita’s. Each dish is prepared fresh daily using only the finest ingredients; from the complimentary chips and salsa that we bring to your table, to the hot plated meal we will serve you today.
